So you kind of want to make it at an angle toward your brow. And I'm just going to start at the outer corner of my eye here. And make sure the wing is pointed up toward your brow. And then just press.

An angle of about 20 degrees will change the shape of your eye, making you look more flirtatious and coquettish. If you simply draw a straight, horizontal line, your eye will just look… wide.

To use this technique, begin your eyeliner at the center of your upper lash line, extending it out and up toward your eyebrow as you go. Then, angle another line from the point of your wing down and across your lashline, until it connects to create your winged tip.

Use a cotton bud to angle diagonally between the end of your eyebrow and the outer corner of your eye to perfectly angle your feline flick. This is the perfect tool to help you keep your eyeliner straight and create an even winged liner look for both eyes.

The Winged liner is only applied to the top lid and is a straight line with a flick on the end. Cat eyes are done by applying liner like you would for a winged style. Then you fill in the bottom half so it connects to the bottom lash line (this should create a perfect and straight triangle shape).

A double-winged eyeliner will create an illusion of bigger eyes. Extend the line to make a tiny flick outward. Do the same on your lower lashline.

Winged eyeliner can also help create the illusion of bigger eyes. If you have smaller eyes it's better to avoid heavy eyeliner on your upper lid, as this can make it look smaller.
