All orders are processed and shipped directly from within the United States. We do not operate as a dropshipping retailer. Every order is prepared and dispatched from our domestic fulfillment facility to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carrier
All domestic U.S. orders are shipped via UPS to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
• Expedited options (if selected at checkout): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
We may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active in the UPS system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
RojaBeauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, RojaBeauty is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to UPS.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
