At ROJA Beauty, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted cosmetic products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we maintain the following return policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains unopened

  • The original vacuum seal / protective seal is intact

  • The product has not been used or tested

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken seal, opened vacuum, tampered packaging, or signs of use is not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Items with broken or removed safety seals

  • Used lip or personal care products

  • Gift cards

This policy is strictly enforced to maintain sanitary standards required for personal-use cosmetic items.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • RojaBeauty is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return request is approved, instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund will be declined.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
