Refund & Return Policy
At Roja Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused, unopened, or lightly tested items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging and the same condition as received.
- Opened, damaged, or heavily used items may be ineligible for a refund after inspection.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
2) How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at info@rojabeauty.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship the item to the address below and include your Order Number and RMA inside the package.

After shipment, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor delivery.
3) Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5) Prepaid Return Labels
For standard change-of-mind returns, we do not provide prepaid labels. You may use any carrier of your choice. Prepaid labels are only provided when the return is due to a Roja Beauty error (see Section 4).
6) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or lip products (for hygiene/safety reasons), unless defective.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards and promotional/free items.
7) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
8) International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs paperwork. Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import duties. Duties/taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable by Roja Beauty.
9) Policy Updates
Roja Beauty may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with the revised effective date.
